A former executive at Boston-based intelligent lighting company Digital Lumens is now CEO of a stealthy cloud startup in the city.
Michael Feinstein, the former vice president of sales and marketing at Digital Lumens, has taken a new job as CEO at Jisto, an alumnus of startup accelerator program MassChallenge.
"This is a chance for me to be a chief executive officer," he said in an interview.
Based out of the Cambridge Innovation Center's Boston office, Jisto's focus is on offering companies software that can make their use of data centers more efficient and flexible. Feinstein said a number of trials are currently underway with some "pretty large companies," but he declined to disclose those companies.
"One of our customers is a large investment bank," he said.
Feinstein said Jisto, launched in 2013, is still very much in stealth mode and wouldn't disclose how much funding it has raised.
